We welcome every child and adult. We prevent discrimination and respond to prejudice-based incidents quickly and fairly.
In practice: Reasonable adjustments, accessible information, quiet spaces, culturally aware delivery, inclusive options (e.g., non-contact sport choices; accessible controllers in gaming). Prejudice-based incidents are recorded, addressed, and reviewed; restorative approaches used where safe.
Teen focus (12–16): choice-led sessions (media, gaming leagues, boxing/fitness, life skills) and positive leadership micro-roles.
